These smart wheelchairs seamlessly navigated the busy terminal and delivered me directly to my gate, combining intuitive technology with a deep understanding of real human needs.

After over 30 years as a software entrepreneur, I’ve honed the art of saying no to commercial solicitations, flattering invitations, and countless other requests in a way that leaves the requester surprisingly upbeat about my rationale. However, I’ve always struggled to do this as gracefully in personal circles. That changed with ChatGPT, which I now use as my ‘saying no’ coach (typically in Voice Mode). With its uncanny ability to synthesize everything I’ve shared, including context about the person or organization involved, its advice helps me say no with both courage and compassion. But…I’m bracing myself for when the other party starts using ChatGPT to get to yes!
