After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, Ms. Gray began to build a career specializing in the unique needs of entrepreneurs and growing organizations. She has worked across many industries, including distribution, construction, consulting, medical testing, publishing, service, retail, and wholesale. This diverse background has allowed her to accumulate valuable financial and operational expertise, develop useful managerial practices, and create a network of professionals to help organizations navigate growth while minimizing risk.

Ms. Gray volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations, providing time and services where there is a need.  She loves spending time with her two dogs - Leila and Takoda – and two parrots – Uzi and Chica.  Her husband Lincoln, a partner at Armanino, shares her passion for food and adventure. Together, they enjoy taking trips to their farm and the city.
